TEACHING FACTORY SEBAGAI UPAYA PENINGKATAN MUTU LULUSAN DI SMK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi kebijakan tentang Pelaksanaan Teaching Factory sebagai upaya Peningkatan Mutu Lulusan di SMK. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi dokumentasi dan verivikasi data lapangan dengan analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Pelaksanaan verifikasi data dilakukan di 5 wilayah dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 15 SMK yang telah melaksanakan program teaching factory. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SMK belum memahami sepenuhnya tentang teaching factory sehingga pelaksanaannya belum maksimal khususnya terkait dengan perencanaan, pelakasanaan pembelajaran, kegiatan produksi, kerjasama industry, dan dampak program.
